Change of Mind
Pokelution does not take any refunds or returns for change of mind.
Return Time Frame
All returns & refunds must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
Faulty or Damaged Products
Pokelution will only issue refunds or exchanges for defective, damaged or if the incorrect item was received. A minor packaging flaw that doesn't affect the item itself is not considered a defect or damage and is not subject to a refund or exchange.
Applying for a Refund
If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect product please contact us via email at support@pokelution.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review your outcome within 24 hours and notify you of the result. All refund will be done in the same manner as you have paid.
Credit Card Refunds
Refunds will be returned to the same card that was used to make the purchase. Refunds can take up to 30 days to show up in your account.
